Fees and Charges
- It costs $8.95 to purchase a Gift Card – see the table below for what is included the purchase price of $8.95.
- If the Purchaser wishes to send the Gift Card to someone by express post, registered post or courier, the Purchaser will be charged an additional cost (see table below)
- If you make a balance enquiry by SMS, you will be charged $0.50 and if you make a balance enquiry via the website there is no charge.
- If you attempt to make a transaction at an EFTPOS terminal and the transaction is declined due to insufficient funds, a fee of $0.75 will be deducted from the residual value on the card.
- The card cannot be used at ATM terminals or to withdraw cash from EFTPOS terminals. If you attempt to use the card at an ATM, the transaction will be declined and a transaction denial fee of $2 will be deducted from the residual value of the card.
