8. Does the Rewards Come True Card have a PIN?
Yes. Your Rewards Come True Card does have a PIN. The PIN is on the back of the card under the card number.

This PIN is used when you make a purchase. To make a purchase, select 'savings' on the EFTPOS machine and enter the PIN.

You cannot use your Rewards Come True Card at an ATM machine or to get cash out when making a purchase at a store.

9. Can I add more money to my Rewards Come True Card?
No. You cannot add funds to your Rewards Come True Card. The value of the card is determined by the purchaser at the time of purchase.

10. Does the Rewards Come True Card have an expiry date?
Yes. The expiry date is clearly marked on the back of the Card, so you can't forget.

11. Where can the Rewards Come True Card be used?
The Rewards Come True Card works at any place that accepts EFTPOS. You can use it in retail stores, petrol stations, cinemas, restaurants, department stores, grocery stores - wherever EFTPOS is accepted.

12. How does my Rewards Come True Card work?
The Rewards Come True Card is a prepaid stored value Card. The cardholder can shop at tens of thousands of locations in Australia - anywhere you see the EFTPOS logo.

Each time you use your Card, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your balance. If you've forgotten how much you have left on your card, visit www.cometrue.com.au to check your card balance.

13. Can I use my Rewards Come True Card outside Australia?
No. The Rewards Come True Card can only be used at EFTPOS terminals in Australia.

14. What happens when my Rewards Come True Card expires?
You should use the entire amount before the Card expires. The Rewards Come True Card is valid until the expiry date found on the reverse of the card. When the card expires any remaining funds on the card are forfeited.

15. How do I know the balance on my Rewards Come True Card?
You can check the balance by visiting www.cometrue.com.au. The store you use the card at cannot tell you how much money you have remaining on the Card, so knowing your balance before you shop will help ensure that your Card is accepted.

Rewards Come True Cards will not be not be re-issued. You should keep it safely as you would cash.

18. What happens if I need to return an item purchased with my Rewards Come True Card?
Each merchant location has its own return policies and will handle the returns in the same manner as any other transaction. They may credit you with a cash refund, or issue a store credit. Please note, Come True Cards is not responsible for returns or credits off your purchases, you are solely responsible for working directly with the merchant from whom you purchased items. 19. Can I use my Rewards Come True Card at restaurants?
You can use your Rewards Come True Card at restaurants that accept EFTPOS. When making a booking or before being seated, it is a good idea to ask if they accept EFTPOS. If your restaurant bill exceeds the amount remaining on the Card, it may be declined. If this happens, ask the cashier to deduct a specific amount from the Card and use another form of payment for the balance.

20. Can I use my Rewards Come True Card for recurring payments, like my phone or Internet bill?
No. The Rewards Come True Card cannot be used for recurring payments.
